About Us
The British Neuroendoscopy Society (BNES) was founded as part of the International Federation of Neuroendoscopy (IFNE) to support the development of neuroendoscopy globally. It aims to drive the advancement of neuroendoscopic techniques and technology through shared learning, training and opportunities, and audit and research.
The society held its inaugural virtual meeting in November 2020 at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery London, with the first face-to-face meeting in November 2021 at the Royal Society of Medicine London, and the third meeting in September 2022 at the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford. The meetings have welcomed national and international guest speakers and provided an opportunity to present research on the advancements within neuroendoscopy. The next meeting will be held on 23rd May 2024 at King’s College London (Guy’s Campus). Further information and registration can be found here.
